These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at crusaderservicesllc.com (the "Site") and the plumbing services provided by Crusader Services LLC ("Crusader Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
 

2. Our Services

Crusader Services LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary based on location, job scope, and technician availability. Any estimates provided are non-binding until confirmed in writing or upon commencement of work.
 

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

When you schedule service with us, you agree to provide accurate contact and location information. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible so we can serve other customers. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
 

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for all charges associated with the services you request. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service and collection efforts as permitted by law.
 

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (Mobile Messaging Program)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our consent form, you agree to receive text messages from Crusader Services LLC. This section describes the terms of our messaging program.
 

Program Description: Crusader Services LLC sends text messages related to customer communication, appointment and service scheduling, and updates on the status of your project or service request. These are non-marketing, service-related messages.

Opt-In / Consent: You consent to receive SMS messages from us by checking the consent box on our consent form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
 

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your service or project.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Crusader Services LLC does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
 

Opt-Out: You can opt out of the messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will no longer send you SMS messages. If you wish to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did initially.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any known hazards or conditions relevant to the requested service. You are responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required by your property owner, HOA, or landlord where applicable, unless we have agreed in writing to handle them.
 

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. However, except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided to you, all services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or issues unrelated to the specific work we performed.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crusader Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
